Having carbohydrates with a healthy breakfast can give you the energy that your body needs to get you through the day. There is a rumor going around that carbohydrates are bad for you but your body needs them to burn energy. When choosing whole grain bread instead of the white bread you increase your fiber intake which is another very important thing your body needs. Since you increased your fiber this little light goes off inside of you and says, “Hey I am full! I no longer need any more food.” Which is what everyone watching their waistline wants to happen, at least I know I do.
